Dates and Times: A total of 16 classes on Saturdays at 7:30am to 9am and Sundays at 2:30pm to 4:00pm starting January 11 ending March 1. (Note, it is actually 15 classes so participants can attend a weekday class to make the total).
All rowers are eligible to compete at 124C Erg Sprints on February 15. No partial refund for missed sessions for any reason, including inclement weather. Check with your corporate wellness program for full or partial reimbursement.
